"Updates were a bit hard to come by"
Communication was slow, so I was mostly left waiting for updates haha. It would’ve been nice to hear back a little more often.

"Everything came just right"
Got my order and everything was exactly how it should be. No missing items, nothing mixed up, and the whole process was easy. I definitely appreciate when things go smoothly like that, and I’d be happy to order again.

"Felt a bit misled for the price"
I was expecting more based on the price. It made it seem like I’d be getting something better, but once I actually received it, it didn’t feel worth what I paid. Kind of disappointing

I had a question about my order and they got back to me really quickly. The answer was clear, and they helped get everything sorted without making it complicated. that kind of service makes a company feel worth buying from again.

"Packaging could’ve been a bit better"
I ordered from phoenixtradingcompany.com and everything did arrive okay, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, the packaging was kind of just average. The box was a little bent when it showed up, and there didn’t seem to be much padding inside. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but I feel like it probably could’ve been packed a bit more securely. Not a terrible experience, just not especially impressive either. I’d say 3 stars feels about right...

"Looks real to me, no problem"
I ordered from phoenixtradingcompany.com and the item was looking legit to me. The packaging and tags matches what I was expecting, and nothing really feel off. It did took a little longer than I wanted to arrive, but overall I’m happy with it. I would use them again

"Return was annoying, but the refund was easy"
I had to return one item because it didn’t fit right, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair, the process was straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, and my refund showed up faster than I expected. So yeah, not thrilled I had to deal with a return, but they handled it well enough and there wasn’t any hassle

"Kind of a letdown, but not the worst"
There just wasn’t much to choose from. I was expecting a better selection, so that was disappointing. I mean, it’s fine if you only need something basic, but still, I left feeling like the options were way too limited

"Works fine, but a little clunky"
The site was okay overall, but I did have to spend more time than I expected trying to find a few things. Pages loaded fine for the most part, but it didn’t feel super smooth on my phone. Anyway, it got the job done, just not the easiest site to use.

"Shipping took forever"
The shipping took way longer than they said it would. I kept checking for updates and it felt like being stuck waiting in a queue that never moves. There wasn’t much clear communication either, so I was just left hanging. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
